Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and patience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly revenue targets.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat customers.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 is a plus).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- A friendly, polite, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Basic knowledge of health products or medical aesthetics is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
