Tanggung Jawab
- Manage patient check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments accurately
- Assist patients with inquiries regarding services and procedures
- Maintain organized patient records and confidential documentation
- Coordinate between patients and dental staff seamlessly
- Ensure reception area cleanliness and professional appearance
- Process payments and manage billing transactions
- Support marketing initiatives for clinic services
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year customer service or front desk experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, scheduling tools)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Pleasant demeanor and professional appearance
- Basic understanding of healthcare terminology preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
