Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and register patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage clinic appointment scheduling and handle patient inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-office environment at all times.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and coordinate with dental staff regarding appointment times.
- Process payments and handle financial documentation accurately according to clinic procedures.
- Maintain patient records with high confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist in promoting clinic services and loyalty programs to walk-in clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, experience in hospitality, retail, or clinic administration is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on a shift-based schedule, including weekends if required.
