Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound/outbound operations for frozen goods with strict temperature control protocols
- Conduct daily inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of frozen products to prevent spoilage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines
- Enforce health and safety standards in cold storage environments
- Assist in warehouse layout optimization and space utilization
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/logistics operations (cold storage preferred)
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures
- Ability to work in cold environments (0-4°C) for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina for manual handling and lifting (up to 25kg)
- Valid forklift certification is advantageous
