Join Sarawak Flour Mill's dynamic team as an FSQ Manager and lead our commitment to excellence in food safety and quality assurance. In this pivotal role, you will oversee end-to-end food safety and quality management systems, ensuring compliance with international standards like HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP. You'll spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, conduct rigorous internal/external audits, and drive corrective actions to maintain product integrity. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive food safety and quality management systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP)
- Lead internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance and customer requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and CAPA management
- Train and mentor staff on food safety protocols and quality standards
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams for quality assurance integration
- Manage supplier quality assessments and vendor certification programs
- Stay updated on global food safety regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in food safety/quality management within FMCG or manufacturing
- Certified HACCP Lead Auditor and ISO 22000 implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian food regulations (MOH, FSMA) and international standards
- Proven track record in developing and implementing quality management systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving change initiatives
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in quality management software
