We are seeking a highly skilled FSQ Manager to lead our food safety and quality operations at Sarawak Flour Mill. As a key member of our operations team, you will ensure our products meet the highest safety standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a proactive leader who can navigate complex regulatory landscapes and implement robust quality systems. You'll oversee HACCP protocols, conduct internal audits, and foster a culture of excellence across production facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive food safety management systems aligned with HACCP, ISO 22000, and local regulatory requirements
- Lead internal quality audits and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented
- Oversee supplier qualification programs and raw material quality control processes
- Manage product recalls and incident response procedures
- Train and mentor QA/QC teams on food safety protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with R&D to ensure new products meet quality specifications
- Monitor KPIs for quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in food safety/quality management within manufacturing
- Advanced certification in HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian food regulations and international standards
- Proven experience leading cross-functional quality improvement projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing QA teams
