Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and interpret FTTH operational data to identify trends and performance gaps
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using visualization tools
- Monitor and report on KPIs including uptime, latency, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement network optimization strategies
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Conduct root cause analysis for network incidents and service disruptions
- Support capacity planning by forecasting growth trends and resource requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in network operations or data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of FTTH technologies (GPON/XG-PON) and network architectures
- Experience with KPI monitoring and performance reporting systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
