Ega Wayang Garmindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fulfillment Center Operations Manager to lead our logistics and warehouse operations in Tangerang. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire end-to-end fulfillment process, ensuring operational excellence, high productivity, and seamless delivery standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and logistics, a passion for process optimization, and the ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
As our Fulfillment Center Operations Manager, you will drive efficiency by implementing best practices in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and workforce development. You will act as a key leader within our organization, fostering a culture of safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement while ensuring our operational KPIs consistently meet business objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment center operations to ensure on-time delivery and order accuracy.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics coordinators.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve warehouse workflow and operational productivity.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and coordinate with the supply chain team.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on operational efficiency and costs.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations within the fulfillment facility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and improve customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or fulfillment center operations, preferably in manufacturing or retail sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale logistics operations and teams.
- Deep understanding of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
