Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
- Monitor and maintain 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and system audits.
- Manage and optimize warehouse layouts to improve picking efficiency and workflow productivity.
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure a high-performance, safety-conscious culture.
- Track and report on daily/weekly operational KPIs and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
- Coordinate closely with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies and ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and facility maintenance standards within the Jakarta factory.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Warehouse Manager, Fulfillment Supervisor, or Operations Lead.
- In-depth knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing teams of 10+ employees.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Google Sheets) for reporting and performance tracking.
