As our Fulfillment Planning Manager, you will lead the orchestration of supply chain activities, balancing production output with market demand. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive fulfillment and production planning strategies to meet market demand.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and distribution teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
- Lead the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process to align production capacity with sales forecasts.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations and logistics distribution.
- Manage risk mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity across the supply chain.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding operational performance, cost efficiencies, and strategic planning outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or production planning, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analytics tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of logistical processes, inventory management, and production scheduling.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
