Tanggung Jawab
- Develop age-appropriate Mandarin curricula aligned with Montessori principles
- Deliver engaging language lessons focusing on speaking, writing, and cultural immersion
- Create interactive learning materials and activities for TK/SD students
- Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback to parents
- Collaborate with teaching teams to integrate language into cross-curricular projects
- Organize cultural events to celebrate Chinese traditions and language
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent Mandarin speaker with excellent writing proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mandarin, or related field
- Teaching certification (or willingness to obtain local certification)
- Minimum 2 years experience teaching young children
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for Montessori methodology and child-centered education
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team
- Basic computer literacy for digital teaching tools
