Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive villa cleaning including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces
- Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities to luxury standards
- Provide attentive care for resident and guest cats/dogs (feeding, playtime, monitoring)
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs
- Ensure pet-friendly zones are sanitized and safe for animals
- Adhere to strict hygiene protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Coordinate with property management for guest arrivals/departures
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in professional housekeeping or villa cleaning
- Documented experience caring for cats and dogs
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for cleaning tasks and pet care activities
- Basic English communication skills
- Positive attitude and reliability in guest-facing role
