Tanggung Jawab
- Manufacture and assemble furniture components according to technical specifications
- Operate woodworking machinery (saws, sanders, routers) safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products for quality, precision, and aesthetic standards
- Collaborate with design team to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- Optimize production processes to minimize waste and improve efficiency
- Train junior carpenters on best practices and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in furniture manufacturing or carpentry
- Proficiency in operating woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Knowledge of wood types, materials, and finishing techniques
- Able to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor and standing for extended periods
- Basic understanding of furniture design principles
- Valid workshop safety certification preferred
