Tanggung Jawab
- Execute client orders for global futures contracts with speed and high accuracy.
- Monitor live market movements and provide timely updates to clients regarding price fluctuations.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all trade activities in compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Resolve client inquiries regarding trade statuses, margin requirements, and contract specifications.
- Collaborate with the middle and back-office teams to ensure swift trade settlement.
- Assist in the development of trading strategies and provide market commentary to help clients make informed decisions.
- Perform daily reconciliation of trading accounts to ensure accuracy in ledger entries.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related quantitative field.
- Relevant CMFAS licensing (e.g., M1B, M6, M6A) is highly advantageous.
- Proven experience in a trading desk or customer-facing role within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of global derivatives markets, futures trading platforms, and risk management principles.
- Excellent numerical skills and high proficiency in Excel and trading terminal software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English to engage with diverse client portfolios.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain composed during high-volatility market sessions.
