We are looking for an experienced Futures Transaction Reporting Lead to drive excellence within our EMEA operations. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the futures transaction reporting book of work, bridging the gap between front-office execution and back-office compliance. You will lead a squad of talented professionals, ensuring rigorous adherence to regulatory standards and optimizing reporting workflows to support Macquarie's global trading activities.
You will act as the subject matter expert, driving process improvements and managing stakeholder relationships across the organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end futures transaction reporting function, ensuring 100% compliance with global regulatory frameworks (e.g., EMIR, SFTR).
- Own the squad's budget, resource allocation, and performance metrics to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes to minimize reporting errors and rectify discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, and Legal teams to ensure accurate data capture and seamless workflow integration.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical growth, and high performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory audits, internal reviews, and external inquiries regarding transaction reporting data.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with futures trading and reporting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a similar Lead/Manager role within a financial services institution, specifically focusing on derivatives or futures trading.
- Strong working knowledge of transaction reporting frameworks (EMIR, SFTR, CFTC) and regulatory reporting standards.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify operational risks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (CFA, CPA) are highly desirable.
