Eigerindo Multi Product Industry is seeking a dynamic and strategic GA & Asset Manager to join our team in Bandung. As a leader in the outdoor lifestyle industry, we pride ourselves on operational excellence. In this role, you will be the backbone of our physical infrastructure and general affairs, ensuring that our assets are optimized, maintained, and utilized effectively to support our business growth.
You will lead initiatives to streamline general affairs processes, oversee comprehensive asset lifecycle management, and ensure a safe, efficient working environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a deep understanding of facility management, vendor coordination, and fixed asset control, capable of balancing daily operational needs with long-term strategic asset planning.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to ensure optimal utilization and longevity of company property.
- Direct and control daily General Affairs operations, including facility maintenance, office services, and workspace safety.
- Manage the end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle, from procurement, tagging, and tracking to maintenance and disposal.
- Supervise internal and external service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile data with the accounting department.
- Oversee licensing, permits, and regulatory compliance related to company infrastructure and assets.
- Analyze operational costs and implement initiatives for process improvement and budget optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in General Affairs, Asset Management, or Facility Management within a manufacturing or large-scale retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of asset accounting principles and fixed asset management systems (ERP).
- Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and data management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
