Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for culinary raw materials and operational supplies
- Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers while negotiating favorable terms
- Monitor inventory levels and implement stock optimization strategies
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term partnerships
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and budgetary constraints
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with kitchen and operational teams to forecast procurement needs
- Prepare regular procurement reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience in manufacturing/food industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
