Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily gas station operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Supervise, train, and coach station staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage and monitor fuel and merchandise inventories, including ordering, receiving, and conducting regular audits to minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure accurate processing of daily sales, manage cash handling procedures, and prepare daily sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and adjust fuel pricing in real-time to maintain competitive advantage and maximize profitability.
- Address and resolve basic pump and equipment troubleshooting issues, escalating complex problems to maintenance as needed.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service across all station premises.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a gas station, retail, or convenience store environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in staff supervision, training, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with fuel pricing strategies and basic troubleshooting of station equipment.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or higher education are a plus.
