Suzuki is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented General Affair (Civil) Specialist to join our operations in East Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our physical infrastructure, ensuring that all corporate buildings, facilities, and safety systems operate at peak efficiency. The successful candidate will blend technical expertise in civil engineering with strong project management skills. You will be responsible for the lifecycle of maintenance projects, from initial planning and budgeting to on-site supervision and final inspection. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for all building structures and civil facilities.
- Supervise and coordinate civil construction projects, renovations, and repairs to ensure they meet Suzuki's quality and safety standards.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors, including bidding processes and service level monitoring.
- Inspect and maintain all safety equipment, fire protection systems, and emergency facilities to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for General Affairs civil works, ensuring cost-effectiveness and transparency.
- Conduct regular site surveys and structural assessments to identify and mitigate potential infrastructure risks.
- Liaise with various internal departments to address facility needs and optimize the work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in General Affairs, Building Maintenance, or Civil Project Management.
- Strong technical knowledge of building materials, structural integrity, and construction safety protocols.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and project management tools.
- Proven ability to manage vendors and negotiate service contracts effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead on-site teams and present reports to management.
