Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all general affairs operations, including office/store maintenance, cleanliness, and facility safety.
- Manage vendor relations, including service contracts for building repairs, cleaning, security, and waste management.
- Coordinate regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and local government regulations.
- Supervise the GA support team, providing mentorship and setting operational goals to drive service efficiency.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, store consumables, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory of company assets and manage the store's physical infrastructure.
- Support employee welfare initiatives and ensure a comfortable, functional, and professional work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in General Affairs, Building Management, or Facility Operations.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and third-party vendors.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
- Willingness to be based in the Citra Raya, Tangerang area.
