Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as primary liaison with vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Oversee administrative documentation, record-keeping, and compliance filing

  • Support HR functions including onboarding documentation and employee facilities

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years in administrative or general affairs roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and administrative software
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
