You will be responsible for bridging the gap between operational needs and administrative execution, ensuring that our medical and aesthetic facility remains a professional and welcoming environment for both staff and clients. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and maintain office asset inventories and equipment logs to ensure operational continuity.
  • Coordinate regular facility maintenance, including cleaning services, electrical repairs, and plumbing updates.
  • Manage company vehicle fleet and logistics arrangements for staff and operational transport needs.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and general utility requirements.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers for facility management and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the facility.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects to support the smooth operation of Bio Tosca Aesthetics.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma degree in any field (Management or Administration preferred).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, or Office Administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle daily operational challenges.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and office management software.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
  • High attention to detail, proactive attitude, and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willing to be based in Jakarta Selatan and available for full-time employment.
