Tanggung Jawab
- Manage company facilities, assets, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate expatriate housing arrangements and related services
- Handle visa administration and work permit documentation for international staff
- Oversee office administration and procurement of necessary supplies
- Coordinate facility maintenance, security services, and cleaning operations
- Assist in organizing company events and employee activities
- Maintain accurate records of company assets and inventory
- Act as a liaison between different departments for facility-related matters
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in general affairs or administrative roles
- Proficient in English language (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian visa regulations and procedures
- Experience in managing facilities and assets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
