In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our operational support, ensuring that our F&B outlets function seamlessly on a daily basis. You will be responsible for streamlining internal processes, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining the highest standards across all our locations.

You will play a critical role in optimizing our facility management and administrative workflows, directly impacting the guest experience and overall business efficiency. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily operational activities across multiple F&B outlets to ensure consistent performance.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure facility maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate administrative support tasks, including inventory monitoring and procurement of office/operational supplies.
  • Handle licensing, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements for F&B operations.
  • Resolve operational bottlenecks and emergency facility issues promptly to minimize business disruption.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in General Affairs, Operations, or Property Management, preferably within the F&B or Hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and reporting software.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for site mobility.
