- Oversee all clinic operations, including budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure clinic growth and sustainability
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of healthcare professionals and support staff

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management
- Proven track record of successfully managing clinic or hospital operations
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards
