Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for international trade, focusing on operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Oversee end-to-end import and export documentation, customs clearance processes, and shipping logistics.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant Indonesian trade regulations, tariffs, and international shipping protocols.
- Manage and cultivate strategic relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and global vendors.
- Monitor market trends and economic shifts to provide actionable insights for international business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the logistics and administrative team to ensure peak performance.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics to drive continuous process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in export/import management, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Custom regulations (PPJK, PIB/PEB, HS Code classification).
- Strong proficiency in international trade documentation, Incoterms, and financial instruments like Letters of Credit.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
- Professional fluency in both Indonesian and English.
