Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic planning and execution of fleet operations across multiple vessel types
- Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code)
- Lead fleet maintenance programs and vendor management systems
- Optimize operational costs through route planning and resource allocation
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics for fleet efficiency and safety
- Manage cross-functional teams including technical, logistics, and administrative staff
- Overhaul crisis management protocols for maritime emergencies
- Drive digital transformation in fleet monitoring and reporting systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years progressive experience in fleet management with 5+ years at senior leadership level
- Proven track record in maritime operations with familiarity of Indonesian shipping regulations
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million IDR budgets
- Advanced certifications in maritime safety management (e.g., ISO 9001, ISM Code)
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to manage diverse technical teams
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English proficiency
- Strategic thinker with experience in fleet expansion and modernization projects
