As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including business development, risk control, compliance, and organizational team building. Your ultimate objective will be to foster sustainable business growth, maximize market share, and ensure the company achieves its overarching financial and operational targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Formulate, implement, and optimize the company's overall development strategy, annual business plans, and operational targets.
- Oversee daily business activities, ensuring high operational efficiency and alignment with the corporate vision.
- Drive the growth and continuous innovation of gold financing, gold investment, and wealth management service lines.
- Establish, monitor, and enforce comprehensive risk control mechanisms and compliance policies to mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development to build a highly motivated, high-performing organizational culture.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key clients, financial partners, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage the company budget, resource allocation, and overall Profit & Loss (P&L) to ensure sustainable profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related discipline (MBA is highly preferred).
- At least 8-10 years of progressive management experience, with a proven track record in financial services, wealth management, banking, or gold financing sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in overall company operations, strategic planning, and managing comprehensive P&L.
- Strong expertise in financial risk management, regulatory frameworks, and market compliance in Indonesia.
- Exceptional bilingual communication capabilities in English and Mandarin (Chinese) are required to coordinate effectively with regional stakeholders and corporate partners.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiations, and stakeholder management skills.
