We are seeking a seasoned and strategic General Manager of Operations to lead our trucking and logistics division in North Jakarta. In this high-impact role, you will be the driving force behind our operational excellence, overseeing the entire supply chain lifecycle including trucking fleets, freight forwarding processes, and cross-functional support units. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indonesian logistics landscape, a passion for optimizing fleet efficiency, and the leadership capacity to manage high-performing teams.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to optimize trucking fleet utilization and freight forwarding performance.
- Oversee daily fleet management, including maintenance scheduling, fuel management, and driver compliance.
- Manage the full profit and loss (P&L) for the operations division, ensuring cost efficiency and revenue growth targets are met.
- Lead and mentor operations managers and support staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure 100% compliance with national transportation regulations, safety standards, and logistics policies.
- Analyze key operational performance metrics (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement effective, data-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, third-party logistics partners, and major clients.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to streamline logistics operations and improve real-time visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale trucking fleets and freight forwarding operations in Indonesia.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and P&L accountability.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian transportation regulations, licensing, and road logistics infrastructure.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse, cross-functional teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to operational decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree/MBA is a strong plus).
- Proficiency in logistics management software and fluency in Indonesian and English.
