Harrisma is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager Procurement Import & Supply Chain to lead our IT Distribution operations. In this pivotal executive role, you will oversee the entire supply chain lifecycle, from strategic sourcing of global IT products to local procurement and logistics management. We are looking for a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence, optimize costs, and ensure the seamless flow of goods to meet market demands.
You will be responsible for developing robust procurement strategies, managing relationships with international vendors, and leading a dedicated team of supply chain professionals. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge in IT hardware distribution and a proven track record in managing complex import processes, regulatory compliance, and inventory control to maximize efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company goals for IT hardware and services.
- Oversee the end-to-end import and export process, including customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
- Lead negotiations with global suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking while minimizing carrying costs.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain team to drive operational efficiency.
- Analyze supply chain data and market trends to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and finance to ensure supply chain agility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the IT distribution sector.
- Proven expertise in import/export procedures, freight forwarding, and local sourcing.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
