Are you a seasoned operations leader with a passion for sustainable manufacturing? We are seeking a high-caliber General Manager to oversee our multi-site recycling operations in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our end-to-end supply chain—from raw material collection to the final delivery of global products.
You will be responsible for streamlining operational workflows, optimizing efficiency across all facilities, and ensuring that our production output meets stringent international quality standards. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can mentor teams, foster a culture of safety, and implement innovative recycling technologies to enhance our market position in the manufacturing and logistics sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership for multi-site recycling facilities to ensure operational excellence and high production output.
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring seamless transitions from material collection to global product distribution.
- Develop and implement operational KPIs to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and manage costs effectively.
- Maintain compliance with local environmental regulations and international safety standards across all sites.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of department heads, supervisors, and operational staff.
- Manage capital expenditure and site-specific budgets to ensure profitability and resource optimization.
- Collaborate with international partners to ensure high-quality product delivery and consistent supply chain performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in senior operational management within manufacturing, logistics, or recycling industries.
- Proven track record in managing multi-site operations and large-scale supply chain logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and operational performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in building and managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of recycling processes, environmental health, and safety (EHS) regulations in Indonesia.
- Fluency in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
