Tanggung Jawab
- Directly responsible for the regional P&L performance, ensuring financial targets and growth objectives are consistently met.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year strategic plan for the BMS line of business across the region.
- Manage the entire product portfolio lifecycle, from regional localization to market launch and retirement.
- Drive sales excellence and market penetration strategies in collaboration with regional sales teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across marketing, engineering, and operations functions.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners, consultants, and major enterprise accounts.
- Monitor competitive landscapes and market trends to proactively adjust business strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance, ethics, and health and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience within the Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC, or Industrial Automation sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale P&L accounts with consistent growth results.
- Extensive experience in regional market strategy and product portfolio management.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of smart building trends, IoT integration, and energy efficiency regulations.
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other regional languages is a significant advantage.
