We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager of Warehouse & Logistics to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations in Jakarta. This is a pivotal leadership role within a fast-paced Food Manufacturing and Frozen Food environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex warehousing, inventory management, and distribution networks, ensuring high efficiency, food safety compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
As the General Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to streamline logistics operations, optimize warehouse utilization, and maintain the highest standards of cold chain integrity. You will act as a key decision-maker in implementing technology-driven supply chain solutions and ensuring seamless product flow from production to the end consumer.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive warehouse and logistics strategies to support production growth and distribution goals.
- Manage cold chain integrity and ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, stock rotation (FEFO/FIFO), and efficient order fulfillment.
- Optimize transportation and fleet management to reduce costs while improving delivery performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of warehouse managers, logistics supervisors, and administrative staff.
- Implement and maintain advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to drive process improvements and data visibility.
- Collaborate with procurement and production departments to align supply chain activities with market demand.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports for senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Manager or General Manager capacity specifically within the Food Manufacturing or Frozen Food industry.
- Deep understanding of cold chain logistics, temperature-controlled warehousing, and food safety protocols.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale warehouse facilities and multi-modal distribution networks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex operations in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on cost reduction, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
