Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive, high-quality bedside nursing care to patients across various hospital departments.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation according to international safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, specialists, and support staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Prepare patients for medical procedures and assist physicians during examinations and diagnostic testing.
- Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, medication regimens, and post-discharge recovery steps.
- Maintain a sterile and organized clinical environment, adhering to strict infection control policies.
- Respond promptly and calmly to medical emergencies and take decisive action as part of the rapid response team.
- Ensure that all patient care complies with hospital policies and international medical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or Diploma in Nursing (D3 Keperawatan).
- Must possess a valid and active Nursing License (STR - Surat Tanda Registrasi) in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting, preferably in an international or high-standard facility.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate with international patients and staff.
- Possess a compassionate demeanor, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Technologically proficient in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
