Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care using evidence-based protocols for critically ill patients
- Perform emergency medical interventions including CPR, airway management, and medication administration
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient responses, and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and safety standards
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families

Kualifikasi
- S1 Nursing degree from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years ICU/ICCU/HCU experience
- Valid Indonesian nursing license (SIP)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
