Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive pediatric nursing care across developmental stages (neonate to adolescent)
- Perform patient assessments, vital monitoring, and medication administration
- Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and specialists
- Provide family education on pediatric health conditions and home care protocols
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate electronic health records
- Respond to pediatric emergencies with rapid assessment and intervention
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 Nursing degree with valid Indonesian nursing license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in pediatric nursing
- Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
- Strong knowledge of growth and developmental milestones
- Excellent communication skills for family-centered care
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in pediatric medication calculations and administration
