We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Procurement Staff to join our team in Cikarang Pusat. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring that all materials and services are procured efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with our production schedules. You will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end procurement cycle, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring high standards of documentation accuracy.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from receiving purchase requests (PR) to issuing purchase orders (PO).
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify material requirements and project timelines.
- Source, screen, and negotiate with potential suppliers to ensure the best value, quality, and delivery terms.
- Maintain and update vendor databases, ensuring all documentation is compliant with company standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare comprehensive procurement reports for management review.
- Resolve any discrepancies related to invoices, delivery quantities, or material quality issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English for business communication.
