Mandaya Hospital Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Store / Admin Gudang Proyek to join our expanding infrastructure and development team in Jakarta Selatan. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our project logistics, ensuring that all materials, medical equipment, and supplies are tracked, stored, and deployed with precision.
The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end inventory cycles, maintain stringent documentation, and coordinate closely with procurement and project engineering teams to prevent supply bottlenecks. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and organizing project materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems to ensure zero discrepancy between physical stock and system data.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for the timely replenishment of construction and medical project supplies.
- Execute rigorous quality control checks on incoming materials to ensure they meet hospital project specifications.
- Prepare periodic inventory reports for management, highlighting usage patterns and potential stock shortages.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols within the warehouse facility.
- Coordinate logistics for the distribution of materials from the warehouse to specific project work sites.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or project logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel for data tracking) and familiarity with ERP or warehouse management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex inventory data accurately.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between multiple departments and external vendors.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta Selatan and adapt to project-specific operational hours.
