Tanggung Jawab
- Safely drive operational vehicles for owner and guest transportation
- Monitor and maintain security protocols across villa and condotel premises
- Perform routine facility maintenance and operational support tasks
- Assist with general upkeep of common areas and property infrastructure

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid driver's license (SIM A) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in operational support or similar role
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
- Basic knowledge of security protocols and safety standards
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Reliability and punctuality in all work activities
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
