Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the sales of genomic solutions by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities in the research and clinical sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including laboratory managers, research directors, and procurement officers.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in genomics and understand competitor positioning.
- Present technical product demonstrations and tailored proposals to potential clients to address their specific research needs.
- Collaborate closely with the technical and product teams to ensure client feedback is effectively communicated and integrated.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and account management.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility in the genomics space.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Technology industry.
- Strong understanding of genomic technologies, clinical research processes, or laboratory equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry conferences.
