Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality German language lessons for middle and high school grade levels.
- Develop creative lesson plans that improve student competency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing, assignments, and constructive feedback.
- Organize cultural activities and projects to enhance student engagement with German-speaking countries.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to active learning.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members and administration to align with school academic goals.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development workshops as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in German Language Education, Literature, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience in teaching German as a second language to adolescents is preferred.
- Strong command of the German language (C1 level or higher preferred) and English/Indonesian.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.
- Proficiency in modern digital teaching tools and educational technology.
- High level of professional integrity, patience, and enthusiasm for education.
- Ability to commit to a part-time schedule within the school academic calendar.
