Terra Link Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented GIS Korea Staff (proficient in reading and writing Korean Hangul) to join our expanding team in Jakarta Selatan. As a GIS Korea Staff, you will play a crucial role in validating, translating, and enriching spatial and geographical data specifically for Korean-language maps and systems. Your expertise in Hangul reading and writing will ensure that location names, points of interest (POIs), and navigation routes are highly accurate and localized for native users. You will work alongside top-tier technical professionals, contributing to international mapping solutions and helping Terra Link Technologies build a solid operational foundation in the region. Tanggung Jawab
- Translate, read, and write geospatial data and point of interest (POI) attributes in Korean Hangul.
- Verify and validate GIS (Geographic Information System) map data for the Korean region to ensure high accuracy.
- Collaborate with international teams to update, enrich, and maintain geographical databases.
- Perform quality assurance and localization checks on maps and routing systems.
- Support the team in setting up operational processes and data workflows during the company setup phase.
- Report anomalies, naming discrepancies, and geographical errors in Korean datasets to the technical team.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in reading and writing Korean Hangul (TOPIK Level 4 or equivalent is highly preferred).
- Strong command of English or Indonesian to facilitate smooth team communication.
- Basic knowledge of or interest in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), maps, or spatial data.
- High attention to detail with excellent data entry and verification skills.
- Ability to work effectively under contract in a fast-paced, global startup environment.
- Familiarity with Google Maps, KakaoMap, Naver Map, or other mapping tools is a strong plus.
- A degree in Geography, Linguistics, Cartography, IT, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
