Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct on-site ground surveying using various tools and technologies to gather accurate spatial data.
- Assist in the collection, input, management, and maintenance of geographic information system (GIS) data and databases.
- Operate GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) to create, edit, and update maps, datasets, and other spatial products.
- Support senior GIS specialists in analyzing spatial data to identify patterns, trends, and relationships relevant to environmental projects.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and cartographic outputs based on collected and analyzed GIS data.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality control of all spatial data and associated documentation.
- Participate in fieldwork as required, which may include site visits and data verification in various environments.
- Collaborate effectively with inter-departmental teams to integrate GIS solutions into broader environmental management strategies.
Kualifikasi
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geomatics, Surveying, Environmental Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; some internship or project experience with GIS is a plus.
- Basic understanding of GIS principles, spatial data concepts, and mapping techniques.
- Familiarity with GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar platforms.
- Ability to conduct fieldwork and a willingness to work outdoors when required.
- Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
