Rahi Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Global Central Warehouse Logistics (GCL) Specialist to join our team in Bekasi. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless flow of goods, optimizing warehouse inventory processes, and ensuring that our global supply chain operates with maximum efficiency.
As our GCL Specialist, you will act as the heartbeat of our distribution operations, coordinating with international stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and accurate stock management. We are looking for an analytical mind who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of logistics software, inventory control, and supply chain best practices.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end global warehouse logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory storage processes.
- Coordinate with global shipping partners to ensure the efficient movement of hardware and IT infrastructure components.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and meticulous documentation in our ERP system.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce logistical bottlenecks and optimize space utilization within the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, sales, and global project teams to align logistics support with business needs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding delivery speed and logistics costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within an IT hardware or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Deep understanding of global logistics operations, Incoterms, and customs documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot supply chain disruptions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, capable of coordinating with international stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and adapt to a fast-evolving global logistics landscape.
