- Establish and maintain productive relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders
- Monitor legislative changes and regulatory updates affecting property development sector
- Represent company interests in government meetings, forums, and public consultations
- Facilitate communication between government agencies and internal departments
- Develop strategies to navigate complex approval processes and permit requirements
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefings and impact analyses for leadership
- Coordinate responses to government inquiries and RFPs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government relations, public affairs, or regulatory compliance
- Deep understanding of Malaysian government structure and legislative processes
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks in public sector
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting policy impacts
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
