Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact between SOECHI and relevant government institutions, including Ministry of Transportation and port authorities.
- Manage the end-to-end process of vessel licensing, registration, and renewal of operational permits.
- Monitor and analyze new government regulations and policies to ensure company-wide compliance.
- Coordinate with maritime authorities to resolve operational bottlenecks and support vessel scheduling.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, correspondence, and presentation materials for regulatory meetings.
- Facilitate smooth communication between internal operational teams and external government stakeholders.
- Support corporate social responsibility initiatives and institutional relationship building.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Government Relations or Public Affairs, preferably in the maritime, logistics, or transportation sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian maritime laws, shipping regulations, and port authority procedures.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and data management systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory documents.
