Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of scalable, end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using modern cloud platforms.
- Establish and implement robust data governance, compliance frameworks, and metadata management policies across all data assets.
- Optimize high-performance cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or Azure Synapse) for complex analytical queries and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including security teams, data scientists, and business units, to align data structures with organizational needs.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing, monitoring, and verification of data pipelines.
- Mentor junior and mid-level data engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and adherence to engineering best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a highly quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, ideally within a cloud-native or public sector environment.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Scala, or Java, combined with advanced SQL optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with modern data orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Prefect) and distributed processing engines (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and privacy regulations (such as PDPA or government security standards).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
