Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full grant lifecycle including application preparation, submission, and post-award compliance
- Coordinate with research teams to develop compelling proposals aligned with funding agency requirements
- Maintain meticulous financial records and reporting for multiple grant portfolios
- Conduct due diligence on grant regulations and policy updates
- Facilitate stakeholder communications between researchers and funding institutions
- Prepare progress reports, financial statements, and audit documentation
- Identify new funding opportunities through continuous market research
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in grants administration or public sector finance
- Proficiency in grant management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial compliance details
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of Singapore public sector funding frameworks
- Certification in Grants Management (e.g., GPA) is advantageous
