Tanggung Jawab
- Design and produce creative layouts for high-end wedding albums, event photobooks, and corporate portfolios.
- Perform professional-grade photo retouching, color correction, and enhancement using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Create engaging marketing materials, including social media graphics, posters, and digital advertisements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure all final designs meet technical specifications for print and digital distribution.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to strict production deadlines.
- Maintain and organize a structured library of digital assets and project files for easy retrieval.
- Conduct quality checks on all outgoing visual materials to ensure brand consistency and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a graduate of Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or any related creative course.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in layout design, typography, and photo manipulation.
- Keen eye for aesthetic detail, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new design techniques and software updates.
- Previous experience in the photography or events industry is a significant advantage.
