Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize, design, and implement high-quality graphic assets for digital marketing, social media, and print materials.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify and visually highlight the unique selling points (USPs) of various electrical products.
- Develop creative concepts for product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Maintain and ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral and packaging designs.
- Manage multiple design projects from initial brief through to final production and delivery within established deadlines.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate our visual standard.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Art/Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience (experience in retail or consumer goods is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative design solutions, typography, and layout skills.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback.
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
